Spent Christmas in this place with my family and it was an amazing experience! The rooms were comfy and cozy, providing us with all we needed and more. The staff was super sweet and attentive, always ready to help in any way they could. We enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains from the dining area.

The facilities were a bit outdated and we experienced some issues with the hot water supply in our room. the location wasn't ideal for us, as it was quite far from the city center and attractions.

The hotel was quite dirty and unclean. the shower had mildew and the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned.
